Profile bio

About Jeremy Marzella

Creative IT? Absolutely! Creativity is not limited to the art world. Problem solving requires thinking outside of the box and that is where I excel. It's all a puzzle with multiple solutions and possibilities, and the normal way of doing things is not always the correct answer.I am passionate about technology and I love to learn and help others. I thrive on 'putting out fires' and brainstorming on quick-fixes, or at least stemming the flow until a full solution can be found. Who likes to be bored at work? Not me. I have been working in the IT field for over 20 years with a background in customer service and communication. I've watched technology expand to become such an important part of our life. My first computer was a Texas Instrument TI-99/4a followed by a Commodore 128 (successor to the C64) and I am looking forward to my future robot pet and 'Jarvis' AI (sorry Alexa, you're not there yet). Perhaps my psychology background will be helpful if my AI gets depressed(?).
