Blockserve has developed technology that enables service of legal process on most major blockchain networks, which allows our clients to pursue justice even when bad actors hide behind the pseudoanonymity of this technology. Our proprietary applications use smart contracts to mint soul-bound non-fungible tokens (NFT) and sends them to a service target's blockchain address. The recipient can view this Legal Service of Process (LSOP) token and the image publicly associated it, which includes a link for the target to download service documents. We have been accepted as alternate methods of service of process in multiple U.S. federal courts.
