I am a Partner in PwC's Deals practice providing buy side and sell side financial due diligence, analytics and M&A advisory services to assist Corporate and Private Equity clients in their acquisition and divestiture activities. I currently co-lead PwC's Deals Analytics team focused on the technology industry.I have eighteen years of experience assisting clients in a variety of industries including technology, software, consumer and industrial products, medical device, and telecom. My primary focus is on the technology industry covering a range of subsectors, including: enterprise and application software, networking equipment and wireless infrastructure, servers and storage, semiconductors, cleantech, internet, mobile technologies, cloud-based services, e-commerce, and IT services.I have advised clients on over 150 transactions both domestically and internationally with cumulative value in excess of $75 billion. Internationally I have been involved with transactions in China, Japan, Philippines, Brazil, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Romania, Israel, South Africa, Mexico, and Canada. I have also advised foreign clients on inbound investments/transactions into the US. I am a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and an alumnus of PwC's award winning Genesis Park leadership development program, for which I did a residency in Shanghai, China.
