Doctoral candidate in the PhD Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy Program at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. I am also a former Assistant Professor of the Senior Leadership Program during my tenure at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College that continues to support the intellectual development and professional aspirations of both students and faculty. I have over thirty years of experience in leadership in mobilizing organizations to adapt by implementing strategy into accomplishing objectives and goals. I taught force management, economic thought, technical and operational knowledge in supply chain distribution, and transportation management infrastructure of Europe, Indo-Pacific, Middle East, and the United States. I still aggressively seek out innovative ways to improve an organizations performance, talent development, management, and build long-term relationships in complex work environments. I want to continue to challenge myself personally and professionally to further refine my leadership skills and being a leading future Professor.
