CurrentProject leadership, requirements management, technical design and development, technical documentation, and testing of stand-alone software applications to large-scale client-server systems in support of military, Government, and intelligence community needs • Task lead, requirements management, technical writing, testing, and defect tracking for multiple products designed to support CDS Protocols and Standards including the Raise the Bar strategy • Supported sustainment of a software solution on the NCDSMO cross domain baseline • Managed software quality testing team activities, sculpting and executing process workflows for testing initiatives and artifact tracking across release cycles, including mobile applications • Championed requirements and C&A (security assessments) activities for a high speed cross domain solution obtaining interim authority to operate • Assessed electronic warfare intelligence data and programmed radar simulations for validation of aircraft threat libraries in support of mission and life critical systems • Directed the re-authoring, streamlining, and extensive testing of aircraft radar library production tools to expedite library generation and minimize human introduced errors • Led project design, development, testing, deployment, and system documentation for a stand-alone Interactive Electronic Training Manual (IETM) application in support of aircraft certification activities
