Purpose of the role:Responsible for providing pre - and post - sale training and consulting to users of Contract Express, leading/coaching users through automation projects, and providing automation services directly to the customer base. Develop expertise with Contract Express and be able to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information to ensure that users’ questions and issues are quickly and professionally resolved. Develop close relationships with users and be expected to convey the professionalism and competence of an expert and consultant.Responsibilities: Use the tools including proprietary software, Contract Express and HighQ DocAutoPlan, design, build, and test automated documents and solutions using Contract Express / HighQProvide general support for Contract Express and for users that are creating their own automated legal templates and solutionsSupport the sales force through lead generation and pre-sale demonstration initiativesManage post-sale education and implementation process including design and presentation of comprehensive customized curriculums
