I am actively involved in leasing operations, conducting property tours, organizing resident events, and preparing annual budgets. Additionally, I handle contractor procurement and bid evaluations, ensuring top-tier property maintenance and a high standard of professionalism. I also address challenging resident situations, resolve conflicts, and manage payroll and other administrative tasks. I am also on a Master HOA board where my main task is to keep financials on budget and our team focused on priorities.
