Lead the development, implementation, and support of the Project Management Office governance model for the delivery of advanced metering projects. As Lead Business Analyst on the Infosario Portal Product Management team, I collaborate with organizational leaders and subject matter experts across the enterprise to understand strategic goals and objectives, discover, suggest, and document business processes, requirements, and use cases and drive the creation of supporting product features. I develop and communicate feature-level conceptualizations, including functional process decompositions, data flows, and user interface mockups. I am the Product Management lead on several key portal initiatives including Safety Letter Distribution & Tracking and Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) document finalization.
