Over the past decade, I have cultivated a broad skillset, shaped by my experience in project management, marketing, and human rights advocacy. My professional journey and development have equipped me with the ability to manage complex tasks, think strategically, engage with diverse audiences, and communicate effectively. Since May 2024, I have been working as an Email Marketing Consultant at Underground Ecom, one of the fastest-growing retention marketing agencies globally. In this role, I am honing my skills for developing and executing data-driven and customer-oriented email marketing campaigns. Additionally, I contribute to effective workflow and actively support the analysis of campaign performance, all while aligning effort with clients’ broader growth strategies.Before joining Underground Ecom, I served for eight years (2016–2024) as the Executive Director of LGBT Forum Progress, one of Montenegro’s leading civil society organisations at this time. In this role, I oversaw all aspects of organisation’s operations, from administrative and logistical management to financial oversight and technological innovation. While serving in this role, I successfully managed over thirty projects with a total value of ~€550K, aimed at advancing human rights and promoting social justice. My commitment to human rights advocacy and policy development is also reflected in my research and analyses – I have (co)authored eighteen publications focusing on antidiscrimination, social distance, and socio-economic and political participation. In addition to this, I have drafted approximately two hundred press releases, participated in numerous interviews, and made appearances on live TV and radio shows. Academically, I hold a degree in Marketing Management and have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge by spending one academic year at Montclair State University (NJ, USA) as a recipient of the Global UGRAD Scholarship. I am also an alumnus of the HRC’s Global Innovative Advocacy Summit, a One Young World Ambassador, and a member of Mensa. I am fluent in Montenegrin (native) and English (bilingual), with a basic proficiency in German and Italian.I am principled an have strong work ethic, characterised by diligence, precision, and efficiency. I approach challenges with a strategic mindset, relying on data and reasoning to make informed decisions. At the same time, I maintain a comprehensive view of the broader context.
