I grew up mostly alone as there weren’t many kids my age in the semi-rural area that was home, and my siblings were all older than me. This left me, at an early age, to entertain myself with things I found interesting. That wasn’t enough though, I needed to learn how those things worked. I found a passion for gadgets and electronics, taking them apart and finding out what made them tick then putting them together again. This would drive my thoughts and creativity to wonder who came up with them? How did they come up with them? What problem did these inventors see that they wanted to find a solution to? That creativity and enthusiasm has remained with me throughout my life, and I continue to follow that same practice – observe a problem, find a way to solve it. If there was a previous solution, find a way to improve that solution.My high school guidance counselor, in a recommendation letter for my college applications, described me as charismatic. I had never thought of myself that way, but realized charisma was a rare attribute as it isn’t learned, and it can’t be taught but it could be used in whatever career path I chose to ignite peoples’ desires to learn and be successful.Discovering solutions to challenges drives me forward. Charismatic engagement of others to solve problems and improve themselves and their surroundings, has made me a successful leader.Remaining dynamic, learning new skills quickly, my strong points include work force management – process management – document management – organization – collaboration – administration – accuracy – attention to detail.
