Als Account Manager spreek ik dagelijks met lokale overheden en sociaal dienstverleners over het opbouwen van lokale communities. Door buurtgerichte gemeenschappen te vormen kunnen lokale overheden burgerparticipatie aanjagen en maken wij de gemeente onderdeel van deze gemeenschap (via services.hoplr.com).Hoplr dicht de digitale kloof tussen de burger en overheid.
