I have 3 main areas of responsibilites: 1. Corporate Finance, Accounting, Taxes and Internal Audit.2. Costs and Controlling of three production centers with 6 different business divisions.3. Administrative operations of 4 distribution centers in Mexico, 1 in the USA and 1 in Belgium.I also have lead the main TI projects as the SAP S/4 Hana Cloud implementation during 2018, Financial consolidation in SAP during 2019 and currently implementing Host 2 Host Treasury automatization along with vendor invoice processing portal.

- Head of sales and operations of Fábricas de Francia Texcoco, a 5,000 sqm format to develop new markets from El Puerto de Liverpool.- During 2016, the first full year of operation, we achieved a positive EBITDA with sales of $9.0 million USD and a head-count of 200 people, leading the stores of the same format in the Mexico City region.- This was possible through the placement of 10,000 new credit cards, a high service level (90% customer satisfaction), ongoing salesmen training, and expenses control (saving 10% of a budget of $2.3 Mi USD).- Texcoco sales were month after month 30% above this store format network average.

- Sales manager in three different stores (Lago de Guadalupe, Plaza Central y Chimalhuacan), responsible of sales, inventory rotation, gross margin and return on investment (ROI).- In charge of 95 product categories including men, women, children and infants clothing, home apparel,household appliances, furniture and technology.

- Responsible for home delivery of 1.5 million parcels a year of sales picked from stores including Omnichannel and internet. This logistics process involves 95 stores, 44 distribution centers and DHL.- Responsible for the inbound supply and internal distribution of merchandise inside 90 stores.- Allocation and control of the operational budget for the logistics network ($28 million USD).- From 2009 to 2012, I managed the home delivery fleet of 500 trucks accomplishing a 95% availability through drivers training, a maintenance program and oldest vehicles renewal.- Implementation of mobile phones with an app to control the drivers and routes and a set of SAP custom made transactions to receive vendors’ deliveries directly to stores updating the inventory online.

- Responsible of optimizing the following areas: Finance (accounts payable and receivable, treasury and credit), Vendors management (purchasing and scrap processing), and complying with the reporting requested by the Brazilian Corporate Office during the merging and integration of Sidertul with Gerdau.

- Responsible for establishing the European branch of Galgo Mexico: legal founding, warehousing, anddeliveries in 25 countries (inside and outside the European Union).- Business and supply planning to import goods from Mexico and Spain.- Sales administration and credit management of 6 sales agents with customers throughout Europe.- In charge of developing business in Spain and Portugal.- In 2006 we achieved a turnover of € 2.3 Million distributing 1,100 tons of rubber.

- Started as a trainee and covered a position in sales and then in logistics shipping a daily average of 800tons with 150 trucks from the Vallejo Warehouse.

- Assisted the project of dismantling an old factory and building a new rubber factory in Hidalgo, México.- In charge of the logistics operation at the Dallas, Texas branch.- Collaborated in the SAP implementation of FI, SD, PP, and HR modules.
