- Primary IT Support contact for TRG Imaging Ltd (formally The Radiology Group Ltd).- Smoothly transitioning the client from Gen-i Support Services to the Lexel Service Desk and documenting procedures and processes to ensure an easy and stress free transition for the client and their users.- Designed and executed multiple training workshops for the Lexel Service Desk to improve their knowledge and support skills for the client. - Managing all systems from servers (physical and virtual), desktop/laptop and networking infrastructure. - Designed and documented new build procedures for PC's, Laptops, and networking infrastructure.- Assisting with the implementation of Office365 and Office 2013, installing new equipment at their Data Centre including a new state of the art SAN and three ESXi hosts, migrating their virtual servers from their old hosts through VMware.- Assisted with the design and fit out of networking gear in two new clinics, full rack installation including routing and switching technology.

Key roles included supporting users at their Head Office with a range of technical issues, doing this both remotely and face to face, documenting existing processes for future reference.
