Reporting directly to the CEO with responsibility for building a new business in this market from the ground up. Main task was to establish a dealer network capable of re-selling and supporting a novel product in a new market.

APT was seeking to expand their business from almost 100% hardware sales to studio and radio broadcasters, to include TV broadcast and consumer licensing sales. I was employed to try and open this market based on my previous employment experience with APT, my knowledge of these markets and professional audio experience.

When I joined the company it was to add more commercial sales experience to exploit the opportunity for growth as the company expanded from mainly distributor based sales to more direct sales in Europe. It was my objective to increase direct sales and to help establish the Andor name in a number of key European markets.
