Built top line revenue from zero base to $6 million run rate in 2007.

Headhunted into IT&E, then an IT Solutions Firm based in San Jose, CA, to build out an IT Services Practice in Florida and the Southeast.Achieved from zero baseline a $4million revenue stream by 2002, before being leveled by post 9/11 IT Recession. Hired, managed and trained a team of account managers and recruiters. Focused on high niche, high margin deliverables in ERP,CRM and Healthcare.

Recruited by the President into this future Inc. 500 winning/Deloitte Fast 50 IT Solutions Startup which was an Oracle Alliance Partner and focused on providing top tier Oracle Applications and Solutions to mid/large cap corporations in the US, Carribbean and Europe. Hired, trained, and managed a Nationwide Resource Practice, established contractor utilization rates and performance metrics, managed a staff of ninety billable Oracle SME's in six countries. Helped build and manage Oracle VAR relationship, co-planned DF exhibitions at OAUG, Openworld, and SIG events.
