As a seasoned healthcare leader and ordained minister, I have spent almost 2 decades bridging the gap between clinical care and spiritual health. My nursing journey began with a career change in 2007, and since then, I have cultivated a diverse skill set through extensive education and varied professional experiences in nursing, mental health, hospice care, and ministry.Currently, I serve as a Nursing Professional Development practitioner at University of Louisville - Peace Hospital. In this role, I leverage my expertise to develop and deliver educational programs for nurses and healthcare staff at one of the largest psychiatric hospitals in the United States.
