Coordinate transfers to and from acute care facilities involving TMH's patients. Also handles all business the hospital would like captured on recorded lines including, but not limited to disaster response, internal code paging, on-call staff activations and transportation arrangements for TMH patients.

Assisted the nursing staff with patient care that fell within my scope of practice including but not limited to hygiene care, urinary catheter insertion, maintenance, and removal, phlebotomy, ECG monitoring, obtaining vital signs and blood glucose levels, point of care testing for urinary analysis, rapid UCG test, and basic blood counts using the iStat machine. Technical duties included keeping the rooms stocked and clean, unit secretary duties and transporting patients throughout the facility.
