Coordinating Lateral and Graduate recruitment processes for Leigh Day’s London and Manchester offices (circa. 500 employees), having gained significant experience in recruitment document preparation, posting adverts onto internal and external job markets and agency briefing to maximise applicant count. Skilled in administering assessments and liaising with job boards. Exposure to student opportunity recruitment (Trainee, Internship and Work Experience schemes), with activities including scoring Trainee applicant degrees against the criteria on All Hires ATS, preparation of bundles for the partners and facilitating the Trainee assessment centres to ensure a smooth operation.
