Responsible for managing on and off-shore teams in UK and India, engaging with internal, external and offshore IT departments to allow smooth transition of new projects/services into Support.Responsible for ensuring the incidents, problems and changes are completed and implemented within appropriate agreements and managing the performance and output of the Managed Services to ensure service levels are being adhered to.Managing the co-ordination of major incidents, to ensure successful resolution that meets customer expectations.Responsible for software releases, change reviews, documentation and standards in association with the minor change process, to ensure successful transition into the live environment.

Successfully managed the Interfaces and Reporting Workstreams on a large IT migration project involving a variety of technical skills, Datastage/Unix/Mainframe/Sybase/BO/Oracle to implement a new Leasing Platform.Led the setting up and managing of project teams from inception to post implementation support and successfully improved processes and increased quality.Ensured that projects are managed with regard to quality assurance, risk management and issue management. Also managed documentation to ensure full compliance with company requirementsCreated productive relationships between internal Business and Production Support areas and external third parties – Spargonet/Sandersons, hence speeding up problem resolution
