Served as an education coordinator and treasurer for 14 years at Delaware Church of Christ while assisting eight congregations by preaching on fill in and regular basis. The congregations I have preached at are: Bucyrus, Delaware, Southwestern, Northeast, West Broad Street, Northridge, Greenville, Washington Courthouse. Off and on, I have been the full time minister from November 2017 until currently where I also am the assistant treasurer. I have contributed to the church by developing a growth plan, running VBS, visiting sick/shut ins, designing and teaching classes in teacher training and young men’s leadership, teaching classes on a regular basis, preaching and leading singing. Bring vitality and growth to church by hosting young families, baby sitting all young children so young couples can have a “date night”, sending cards to visitors, visiting the shut ins, providing individual counseling and bible studies.  Play a key role in ensuring our youth are prepared to leave home with sound, conservative doctrine. Under the elders at Delaware I headed a committee of 7 licensed teachers to produce the Educational Resource Guide and Milestones for Development.  Contributing to spiritual needs of the congregation by providing dynamic song leading, dynamic preaching and volunteering to run VBS, helping at Christian Youth Camps, while organizing senior citizen outings and church wide fellowship.

Contribute continuity and professional experience for a diverse team of drivers, mechanics, and coaches. Develop plans to increase participation and create new sources of funding for all areas while renewing efforts to have a more comprehensive transportation and athletic department.  Bring integrity into the program by introducing new hiring practices and fiscal practices, producing the first wins in football and boys basketball since 2012 while keeping the department within budget.  Open lines of communication by providing Power Point updates to the Board of education, introducing new public interface software, updating web pages and coordinating “One Call” program for school announcements including school closings or delays.  Bring Transportation back into full compliance by ensuring physicals, drug testing, and count week procedures were updated and enforced.

Meyer Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity Award and managed Coaches of the Year ★Provide leadership to a team of 18 direct reports and 80 total staff members, overseeing the administration of all middle and high school sports with 20 varsity and 50 schedules with 850+ athletes.✰ Elevated the athletic program to new heights, not only producing the only Football playoff and Final Four Baseball teams, State Championship for Boys Soccer, and highest-ranking Wrestling team, but also creating the infrastructure—new locker rooms underway and a new track, tennis courts, pavilion, softball fields, artificial turf, and basketball courts—to support that level of play.✰ Initiated, planned, and oversaw multiple capital improvement projects throughout the lifecycle, leveraging business background to essentially run what was a business and ensuring fiscally sound operations and optimal service and support of the school community at large.✰ Cultivated positive relationships not only with staff and students, but also with other schools in the region, developing a reputation for integrity, honesty, ethics, and dedication to the school community.✰ Crafted official statements, policies, and recommendations surrounding new concussion laws, home schooling rules, booster constitution and bylaws, and other program and department matters.✰ Ensured compliance with all eligibility requirements and OHSAA statutes—being coined “a walking encyclopedia” on such matters—with the skills and knowledge to never experience one issue.✰ Served as site manager for district and OHSAA tournaments including Sectional and District Wrestling; District Volleyball, Girls Basketball, and Cross Country; Regional Soccer; and Football Playoffs.✰ Played a key role in founding the new Licking County League (LCL), developing a new constitution, establishing rules and standards, and serving as one of only two ADs on the Board of Control.

Negotiated cost-saving contracts, solicited corporate sponsorships to support funding needs, and oversaw new construction.✰ Dedicated time beyond rigors of AD role to establish a chess club and Mock Trial Program, participate in extensive leadership retreats, and engage in several fundraising projects across the district to cultivate positive public relations and community involvement.✰ Regarded for setting high standards for coaching staff, leveraging business and coaching background to make the right decisions when it comes to fund allocation and program oversight.✰ Supervised the construction of brand new facilities including weight and training rooms; gymnasiums; a football stadium; an 8-lane track; discus and shot areas; baseball dugouts; coaches’ offices; a girl’s varsity locker room; and fields for soccer, baseball, and middle school football.✰ Addressed and successfully resolved two Title IX complaints with the Office of Civil Rights, presenting convincing evidence to eradicate claims and mitigate institutional exposure.

Officiated all levels of high school and collegiate wrestling, ensuring total compliance with OHSAA rules and regulations. Elected President of the Southeast District Wrestling Official’s Association.

Built the wrestling program from the ground up, established and oversaw practice schedules and tournament play, and engaged parents through creation of the Liberty Union Wrestling Parents Association. Achieved a total dual meet record of 17-2.

Network design and management. Tested and trained internal and external stakeholders on software functionality and created an equipment tracking system.
