• Member of executive team for resort with annual revenues of over $60 million, 680,000 annual skier visits, and 750 hotel and rental condominium units. Accountable for budget exceeding $11 million in revenue. Manage full time and seasonal staff of over 400 people. Division includes an 18-hole golf course, eight retail outlets, two equipment rental facilities, snow school, mountain bike operation, summer attractions, and resort wide guest services and ticket sales. Responsible for resort planning and development functions and resort Green Committee.

• Liaison between resort operations and village development group. Successfully monitored building design and construction to ensure design was optimized for rental program. Accepted hand off of buildings from developer upon completion and managed integration into existing resort rental program. Primary contact between resort and community including gaining approvals from town planning department. Played major roll in securing $10 million infrastructure grant from Ontario and Canadian governments. Demonstrated need for additional conference space; planned and supervised construction of 15,000 square foot addition to an existing lodge; planned a 45,000 square foot dedicated conference center which opened September 2005 and is forecasted to increase room night rentals by 40,000 units annually.

Drove continual growth in food and beverage returns while operating a fine dining restaurant, a family restaurant, a busy resort bar, three cafeterias and a conference services department.
