With resources that begin with Field Sales Engineers and extend to our Global Sales offices, NAC is building an infrastructure that ensures the highest level of service for our customers and authorized suppliers.As a Product Manager I work hand in hand with our authorized suppliers, internal and external sales staff to ID potential new customers, market our supplier's products, provide technical support products the vendors I work with, facilitate market share growth, and align our product offerings to ensure they meet and exceed the demand of a complex and constantly changing customer's demands in the electronic components industry.Current responsibilities include training, process analysis, price negotiation, manage cost to ensure profitable business, work towards securing long-term partnerships through contracts for customers, look for competitive advantages to help sales secure the order, work with sales to increase market share, coach others toward success through hands on training, uncover and fix profit leaks, analyze customer demand to increase profits, oversee development of NAC's website and proprietary sales management software, disseminate press releases and maximize internet search engine and social media marketing.

I was fortunate enough to start at NAC very early in my career. As an Independent distributor of electronic components, it is a faced paced and highly competitive environment which fast tracked the growth and development of my career. I quickly came to understand the pressures placed on purchasing. I learned that a problem, no matter how big or small, is a problem that must be solved and in order to do so you must be driven to exhaust every avenue before reaching a resolution. I gained experience with bill of materials, document control, Source Control Drawings, Mil-Specs, component testing to engineering/environmental specifications and most importantly; customer service. Having had the opportunity to shine in the purchasing department as a Senior Purchasing Specialist, I was given the opportunity to work in the product management department for the authorized/franchised distribution parent, NAC Group Inc.
