I, JM Chopin, worked as a consultant in many different companies in Europe (once in India).I am used to work in any international environment with the appropriate team skills and in any technical environment.I am also used to understand clients' business and internal rules and to implement or improve complex IT processes/applications. The quality of the results is very important for me: I prefer to work hard for a while rather than to struggle for years.To concentrate my efforts on clients' needs, I ran a one-man company with success from 1993 till now, refusing systematically every extension offer.I could then gather a strong and valuable experience in many different roles: project manager, team leader, application developer (whole life cycle), database specialist (not a real administrator), etc. I was also paid to plug cables and to start machines.I am now a well-known specialist of client/server applications and of relational databases, usually developing and improving applications with the RAD tool Uniface (from Compuware) against Oracle RDBMS. Parallel to these activities, I developed competencies in other IT technologies by using Eclipse, Apache, PHP, ... and some other open source applications like OpenOffice, OpenGroupware, Tikiwiki, ...IT is really fun!
