Our Team works with the client to implement an ERP solution system developed for state and governmental accounting, purchasing, asset management, budgeting, and human resources. We meet face to face with the client on a daily basis to analyze their current business process, take into account laws in place with their requirements, and propose solutions / processes to improve their current process and perform such process in our new ERP system. Upon analysis of the client's process and requirements, technical writing documents are produced and delivered that document their current process, show how it has been proposed / improved, and all configuration and steps to perform their activities in the new system. System testing plans are developed, executed, status of such is shared with the client, and delivered. User acceptance testing is performed by the client, training materials are developed by our team side by side with the client, public demonstrations of our product are given to large groups of clients, and maintaining a strong positive relationship with the client is key in our project's succeeding status.Upon go-live of the ERP, we have provided on-site and remote support for their 3000+ users in the form of an online ticket system. They provide us problems they have with debugging errors, structuring contracts & purchases properly, receiving and billing, general accounting, and asset management. After analysis of the problems, we test and provide solutions.

On a daily basis, I used good communication skills to a large amount of different people via email and in person. I was assigned many tasks to complete, which require team cooperation and following detailed instructions. Lowe's provided various information systems for me to use in the workplace that manage, order, locate, and schedule delivery for their inventory. Maintenance of product display equipment is a regular task, as well as replenishing stock by hand and via powered lift equipment.
