• Fabricated Aft and Fwd center body nozzles for the CF34 using high heat SPFs, hand finishing, mounting ferrules and inserts for supportive parts, and use articulated engineering specs to fabricate parts.• Fabricated and assemble engine casing for PT Whitney 4000 using specialized tools. This included riveting, bonding, sanding, metal forming (as well as SPF), painting, drilling, countersinking, and compliance under FAA specifications.• Assembled V2500 mounted upper and lower struts.
