Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder, in charge of communications budget to include telecommunications, commercial Internet, and computer support supplies and bills. Established a working relationship with the host unit, 375th Communications Squadron, by meeting with key leadership on a weekly basis. Discussed key communication needs for the wing with squadron commander and prepared briefings for plans to be routed up the chain of command. Prepared and lead training regarding safety/security policies and procedures within the communications office. Recommended members for promotions and reassignments into different positions based on skills and qualifications. Planned, organized, and directed the large scale projects within the communications office to meet MAJCOM objectives and deadlines. Effectively used customer service techniques, orally and in writing, when supervisor level intervention was necessary.
