As a Graduate Teaching Assistant I helped to lead and create and grade materials for Soc 598: Social Change and Innovation under the guidance/leadership of Dr. Jennifer Harrison whom served as my fieldwork supervisor and mentor within this role. My duties included, but not limited to: Grading assignments, creating conversations/modules for students to be apart of and contribute to, Moderating virtual office hours (zoom) as well as helping to design graduate student assignments based on class lessons and requirements. I was responsible for helping to navigate human centered research projects building Personas based on course materials, and to help educate and assist graduate students with various questions, tasks and assignments. I worked directly with Dr. Harrison while also receiving mentoring and guidance towards ways to improve my skills to become a professor of Sociology in the future. I also drafted and developed my own lectures materials connected to a undergraduate course on deviance with guidance and support from my mentor.

While working with Professors at Arizona State University (ASU) I am maintaining responsibility of 30+ student assignments, papers and grades. I am providing assistance as needed with additional works within the class such as creating and presenting materials to be used within the classes. Additionally I have taken responsibility of 200+ Students questions/posts and responses on YellowDig as instructed to help guide and further theoretical conversations in relation to class material.I have been working hand-in-hand within various sociological courses to help manage, create and build content to be used within the classes. Courses I have worked within range from Introduction level courses to higher level (400+) providing assistance as needed to various aspects of course management.

As a Course Development Assistant my duties include and are not limited to the creation of class materials such as quiz questions, test questions as well as utilizing course material to develop and design curriculum for undergraduate students within the sociology program at ASU. As a CDA I work side-by-side with professors to help facilitate their needs as well as offer solutions, ideas and feedback towards course materials to be used, drafted and created within various courses of the Undergraduate Sociology program.Additional Duties Include: Grading and Working with students, Drafting and Creating ideas for various topics within the course materials contexts and curriculum as well as general housekeeping duties to maintain organization and structure as needed within the classes.

In addition I assisted in the development of ongoing and new research studies via surveys and other tools to help understand the wants and needs of their donors. I was also in charge of onboarding and staffing based on current need and on talent for present and future projects within the company as well as tool creation and research studies based on clients needs in various industries within for profit and non profit organizations.
