As the Vice President for Communications of the UP Career Assistance Program, I was part of the board of directors who oversaw the entire organization.I managed a department of 27 members, monitoring, regulating, and spearheading all promotional plans and creative briefs. Established a new team that created the organization's very first brand manual, upholding and improving brand equity.I prioritized the growth of our social media presence through strategic organizational partnerships and by employing an "always-on strategy," resulting in an increase in our Instagram followers and our Facebook page.My experience as the Vice President for Communications has honed my skills in leadership, brand management, social media marketing, and strategic partnerships, and I'm excited to bring these skills to my next opportunity.

As an Online Marketing Intern at Shopee, I played an integral role in executing successful social media campaigns for monthly double-date sales.I worked on creating static, dynamic, and video advertisements posted on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube that were released nationwide. In addition, I prepared consumer insight reports and monitored competitor pushes to stay up-to-date with the latest market trends.

As the Project Head of 1958, the official merchandise catalogue of JMA, I led the logistics, branding, and marketing of the project's merchandise portfolio.I also managed the online assets of the project, including an online shop on Shopify and Shopee. Through collaboration with different teams within the organization, I ensured alignment and cost optimization, resulting in increased sales and revenue.My experience as a Project Head has honed my skills in project management, branding, e-commerce, and team collaboration.

As a project director of Juiceletter digital publication, I spearheaded a successful partnership with another organization within the university to develop the publication's official website.In addition, I managed a team of 20 people and restructured the publication's team to optimize processes and adapt to our online set-up. As a result, we were able to improve collaboration and streamline production, resulting in high-quality content and increased efficiency.My experience at Juiceletter has honed my skills in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
