As Creative Director at Borenstein Group, I steered the stylistic direction for Borenstein Group’s full-service digital marketing efforts, managing web site UI and UX design. I managed creative operations, leading a team of expert designers in delivering exceptional work for clients. By translating business strategy into creative concepts, I helped clients achieve growth. My creative work earned multiple awards for Borenstein Group, including Webby and Stevie awards for website design. While at Borenstein Group, I led creative for client projects across technology, software, creative services, non-profit, aerospace and software development.

Project Management • Constant communication and benchmarking with clients throughout entirety of projects. • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects – establish timelines, assign responsibilities and monitor project progress. • Work closely with developers and internal design team to accomplish project goals and stay within the established budgets. • Work directly with printers and other necessary vendors to manage cost and production of client projects.  Strategic Planning and Information Architecture • Host discovery sessions with clients to learn more about company projects and determine proper scope of work. • Create initial concepts for client projects based on web and marketing needs unearthed during discovery sessions. • Generate site maps for existing and undeveloped websites to provide clients with a visual outline detailing the hierarchy of pages to be included on the site. • Build website wire-frames to demonstrate preliminary placement of graphics and content for future websites.  Website Design and Development • Implement web design parameters, style guides and visual standards. • Create custom designs to be integrated in HTML and developed for WordPress and other CMS platforms. Web Application Design and Development • Create custom Content Management Systems • Work with clients to create desired functionality of the CMS Marketing Collateral Design and Development • Advise clients on specific collateral to develop and proper dissemination of the material based on the recognized marketing goals. • Design and develop various forms of marketing collateral (brochures, posters, self-mailers, trade show collateral and more).
