PRIMARY DUTIES:- Develop/operationalize programs for club development- Develop/operationalize clinic team program- Negotiate hosting contracts for all CurlON Provincial Championships- Negotiate contracts for non-member curling venues (arenas etc).- Work with Event Coordinator to create schedule of events and establish streaming event protocols- Define scope of work for streamed events and coordinate assets to accomplish the work (Ice installation, staging, ticket sales, accreditation, sponsorship fulfillment, streaming)- Work closely with the local host committees to achieve our mutual goals while accomplishing the established business and strategic plan of the Association- Supervise all work related to public relations, internal communications, and publications- Develop and oversee all communication activities related to Events- Establish and develop media relations- Convey the brand image to the public, participants and stakeholders- Coordinate communications activities for opening, special events, newsletter, printed materials, social media and website- Manage the Event(s) Fan Page section of the CurlON website- Develop strong partnerships with the Host Committee and local venues- Develop partnerships within host communities, sponsors and broadcasting groups- Create and maintain relationships with the venues and operators- Share in the development of the Business Plan and oversee its implementation- Plan, manage and adhere to the Event Management Operations Budget- Develop, review and implement effective personnel policies and procedures

Responsible for managing social media and email communications for several clients in the golf industry. Main duties include developing content calendars, content creation, copy writing, digital marketing, email campaigns, graphic design & paid advertising campaigns.
