- Director of the Annual Fund team, working to broaden the base of gift prospects and to develop appropriate programs to meet the College’s highest funding priorities. Cultivate prospects and leadership annual gifts, and provide stewardship. Manage a prospect pool to ensure maximum engagement of constituents. Help the Annual Fund reach participation and dollar goals as well as the overall advancement of Rhodes development and alumni engagement efforts.- Direct the on-going development of the Parent Council including its recruitment and management. Oversee the Parent Council campaigns, meetings, and other development-relatedparent programs.- Manage and develop the grandparent solicitation program, including event management, volunteer management, and solicitation.

Responsible for executing all ATLAS programming: oversees and executes planning of all Leading Educators ATLAS professional development events and assessments, regional communications, student achievement and teacher growth data management, and recruitment and selection of teacher leaders.

• Recruit applicants through high school visits, college fairs, and interviews; read, review, and rate approximately 500 applications each year to determine best fits for Rhodes College in terms of academic profile, community engagement, and demonstrated interest. • Cultivate relationships with prospective students and families through in-person and virtual contact including telephone, email, Skype, coffee shop conversations, and test messaging.• Manage assigned territory through planning and conducting recruitment trips throughout Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, and Kentucky. Planning efforts encompass community outreach, coordinating student receptions, hosting interviews, scheduling travel arrangements, and developing budgets and goals for each season.

Managed the school's social media tools and website, Volunteer Coordinator, planned special events and other fundraising efforts, and updated student insurance records.
