Working alongside the McDonald's U.S. Owner/Operator Risk Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of all customized insurance technologies and processes to facilitate the enrollment of U.S. Owner Operators into Approved Insurance Programs. Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with various IT vendors, insurance brokers, insurance carriers, and Third Party Administrators (TPA). Also responsible for aggregating, refining, and analyzing relevant McDonald’s Owner/Operator insurance data to identify trends and assist with creating loss control measures, while also providing daily support to the U.S. Owner/Operator Risk Manager.Strong business development professional skills in Risk Management, Data Analytics, Data Management, Data Architecture, and Property & Casualty Insurance.
