As a high-tier service person with FMC, I have been responsible for the testing, installation and maintenance of subsea equipment for deepwater exploration companies including Nexen, Petrobras, Anadarko, LLOG, ENI, and Shell. I currently uphold a commitment as exclusive and dedicated point of contact for LLOG.Among my core contributions, I:• Deliver on core elements of subsea equipment projects including fulfillment of SIT, dock tests and XMT installation, as well as completions and BOP testing for several core clients.• Engage FMC and the client to conduct technical readiness meetings. • Serve as liaison with LLOG from initial contract onward, toward every level of management involved in any given offshore job.• Test the client’s BOP system as part of FMC’s total service. • Manage as many as 7 personnel directly on the rig during subsea completions.

After 4+ years of subsea experience, I capitalized on an opportunity to apply technical skills for an umbilical installation on an Africa-based rig, in addition to other subsea distribution projects and completions.Throughout this experience, I:• Delivered on all projects in accordance with timeline and expectations.• Managed 6 local and 1+ expat employees.• Oversaw the preparation of HFL/EFL deployment frames and a made-ready manifold system. • Supervised the completion of a subsea umbilical lay.

After strong performance in my previous Warehouse Manager role, I earned a first-ever technician role, representing a trial-by-fire opportunity in which I was able to become knowledgeable and reliable in a complex profession.Among my major contributions, I:• Delivered on several engagements in the Gulf of Mexico, with jobs including testing of in-field equipment related to IWOCS and LARS equipment, HPUs, umbilical’s, and electrical down lines for well completion and work over interventions. • Earned involvement in projects of greater complexity over time, including installation of pressure temperature sensors in XMTs, and supervision over the installation and removal and operation of an IWOCS package.

I earned and demonstrated a high level of knowledge of subsea equipment and its components from a warehouse perspective with this facility, featuring 6,000 sq ft of internal capacity, as well as 2000+ sq ft of outdoor storage. I was effective in managing and segregating multi-million dollar client-owned assets, with care to track and document the location and square footage of the client’s subsea equipment.
