As a Technology Lead, I began with assisting in the launch of a customer engagement platform for HCPs to access medical and scientific information about all Janssen products. I conducted UAT script writing and testing, user story creation, and launch activities for the platform launch. I also completed the redirecting and decommissioning of multiple portfolio sites to centralize our source of data to one place. I owned a digital portfolio of both websites and digital assets in both the Medical Affairs and REMS program space. I served as the technical lead in the launch of 2 new REMS sites and helped to standardize the overall REMS portfolio using configuration management and SDLC processes.

As a Problem Reliability Engineer, I got involved in a number of ongoing projects and improvements within my team. I worked to create an upgraded tracking system for compliance, leading to a 72% reduction in non-compliance for over 1,000 servers. I organized the 2022 release and migration calendars and future timelines for 15 systems through work with stakeholders. I also coordinated the moving of 16 systems to a separate spin-off company through organizing and communicating with stakeholders.

As a BTL in Neuroscience, I became the SLDC expert on my team and created guides for Asset Management and Digital Asset Risk Management processes. I ran User Acceptance Testing for a product launch and assisted with other launch approval procedures. I served as the project manager from a technology side on the launch of a virtual booth site, working with external vendors and business partners to meet timelines and plan for future updates.As a BTL in Established Products, I was the main POC for all brands in the portfolio. Working with the brand owners, I developed plans to update product websites and track analytics. During my role, I organized the rebranding of 3 websites and the launch of 1 site to support an existing product.

As a Peer Leader, I was both a mentor and a friend to incoming students at Stevens. By being knowledgeable about different areas and opportunities, I became a resource for these students. Collaboration with the Office of Student Life was used to learn, keep the new students informed, and build a relationship with the professional staff.

As the Lead Implementation Intern, I worked alongside a team of six interns to complete a summer-long project involving transitioning to a new system. With previous experience, I was able to provide insights and reasoning behind decisions made by the leadership team, as well as create a better sense of camaraderie within the team.

As the Implementation Intern, I worked with the Implementation team to develop test plans for clients while considering industry best practices. I performed QA on multiple platforms including mobile and web. The team implemented documentation systems and project management tools, and actively collaborated with back-end engineers to create solutions.

As the Ruck Leadership Institute Intern, I assisted with a week-long Leadership Academy aimed to "Teach the Few, to Impact the Many". By helping the Program and Events team, the continuum could be ran efficiently and without issue.
