• Analyse and implementing After Sales processes according Ford standards and procedures;
• Improvement sales of original parts and service in all business areas;
• Development and implementing national and local campaigns;
• Analyze all After Sales KPI’s and dealers profitability;
• Deliver on going market and KPI’s analyses to dealers;
• Implementing and following the performance of Ford programs;

• Analyse and development wholesale business with dealers;
• Elaboration, presentation and training of national sales campaigns;
• Define remuneration and incentive schemes for objectives achievements to parts managers and sales representatives;
• Coaching and non-technical training to parts dealers employees;
• Creation of marketing materials with agencies (Wunderman e Ogilvy);
• Provide ongoing market analysis and competitors activities;

• Coordinate all the programs related with Ford Parts and Accessories
• Development of Campaigns (ATL and BTL) to Ford dealers and customers (main agencies Wunderman and Ogilvy)
• Negotiation with suppliers (parts and accessories), including margins and prices
• Invoicing and sales report
• Incentive trips planning and goal definition for Ford dealers
• Responsible for Ford Boutique (merchandising)

• Dealers support in parts technical area;
• Analyse of KPI’s for internal studies;
• Field Service Actions performance analyses;
• Provide technical information and support for Customer Claims Centre.
