Designed and implemented the team structure for a near-shoring IT support and development provider, as the organization under my supervision grew from 4 to over 50 employees.. Led the strategic planning, development and delivery of IT services to Ruralogic’s clients and for leading, mentoring and managing a team of Managers, business analysts, quality analysts and developers. Worked with customers and 3rd party vendors on development of contracts and SOW, and ensured successful customer interaction and project delivery for projects involving a variety of technologies, including web development, mobile development, automated data extraction /transformation, IT support services and business intelligence dashboards.

Lead a team of Program Managers, working with multi-disciplinary teams including business analysts and developers at Clearwire (a Sprint subsidiary), while overseeing multiple projects, including development of the company’s new media portal and related support applications such as the portal’s in-house content management system (CMS) and vendor management system (VMS).
