As part of a student consulting team of three BCIT students, we completed a three month job analysis project. I had the opportunity to work two days a week at The Oppenheimer Group Vancouver head office for the duration of the project.The project consisted of the following:• Conducted primary research through job analysis questionnaires and interviews • Collected information for each job role within all departments and locations • Reviewed, created and updated a total of 68 role descriptions based on the information gathered• Provided recommendations for further analysis (title inconsistencies, title changes, etc.).
