My role as program director was to manage and supervise the program and staff, in each dormitory.• Training in conflict resolution, psychological intervention, sociological concepts, physical intervention, gang prevention, Mental illness/disorder, and psychopathological studies of substance dependence.• Participated in the opening of a dual-diagnoses dormitory. This dorm serviced clients with mental disorder, substance dependency, and violent crimes.• Successfully managed four dormitories without physical intervention greater than one year each.
