Jeld-Wen manufactures windows and doors for residential and commercial applications. Current capacity is to manage operations of an entire shift, which includes vinyl window production, insulated glass production, vinyl door/casement production, receiving, shipping, maintenance management, IT services, quality control and assurance, and safety coordinator. • Safety focus, which contributed to 1,800+ days without a doctor’s care incident in Insulated glass.• Participated in quality improvement initiatives that resulted in a 73% reduction in warranty cost 2018-2019, year over year.• Jeld-Wen Venice ended 2019 with an on time in full delivery of 98.7%. This is a 20.3% increase year over year via the efforts of production management improvements.• Efficiency initiatives through individual and Kaizen activities improved total output on all production lines by an average of 33% year over year.

Northwestern Academy was a juvenile corrections facility. It serviced clients with misdemeanors to felonies. My role as program director was to manage and supervise the program and staff, in each dormitory.• Training in conflict resolution, psychological intervention, sociological concepts, physical intervention, gang prevention, Mental illness/disorder, and psychopathological studies of substance dependence.• Participated in the opening of a dual-diagnoses dormitory. This dorm serviced clients with mental disorder, substance dependency, and violent crimes.• Successfully managed four dormitories without physical intervention greater than one year each.
