Managing the Outsourcing performance reporting function of the Outsourcing Management team in regards of Regulatory obligations for regulated entities:- production of monthly SLA performance reports for 3 regulated entities (in EMEA and APAC). Around 400 KPIs monitored.- design and implementation of the overall SLA performance reporting process (data gathering and analysis, report production and communication to management and regulator) for one of the regulated entity- refresh of intercompany agreements relating to outsourcing- monitoring of outsourcing chains and onboarding of new vendors

Leading several finance related EMEA projects mainly for Mercer and Oliver Wyman France, including:- Outsourcing: Offshoring of several EMEA accounting processes (AP accounting, T&E accounting, Expenses audit, bank reconciliations...) to MMC shared services entities. Definition of local needs and specificities, implementation of global outsourcing standards, training of Shared Services teams, implementation of local QA monitoring processes.- France finance team: Reorganization of EMEA finance team following merging of finance teams and outsourcing projects (previous point) to ensure most efficient distribution of responsibilities.- SEPA: Conversion of Vendors database to SEPA banking data format (+10k vendors).- SOX related projects.

Involved in both FP&A (Budget preparation, monthly revenue, expenses and HC monitoring), Controllership and internal control (SOX testing, statutory Audit liaison) activities
