Project Manager for a large scale ASIC development program with a $30M+ budget as well as the project manager for the Cleveland HW Sustaining Group with a $5M annual budget.- Worked with Engineering, Business management, and 3rd party vendors to mitigate schedule and cost impacts to tapeout/prototyping an ASIC- Planned and coordinated the first phase of modifications to 50+ products to increase product performance in highly corrosive environments

- Coordinated a 10 person cross functional team in the conversion of 10 modules to sulfur resistant.- Led the initial timeline creation and protobuild for the 1756-A10XT extended temperature chassis, and was the lead HW engineer on the project.

- Led a team of 4 engineers to resolve a critical customer issue. Validated multiple solutions that were approved and received by the customer 4 days ahead of schedule.- Solved a critical, time-sensitive part obsolescence issue on a high-volume product. In less than one month, evaluated new parts, approved parts for production, and implemented change in enough time to keep production running.- Executed multiple projects that saved Rockwell Automation over $1M per year.

- Collaborate with a global team to develop an HMI Interface using Verilog for FPGA application.- Daily tasks consisted of qualifying new electrical components for use in existing PLC/PAC products.- Helped create methods for tracking product life cycle tracking across multiple platforms.

- Collaborated with a team to develop and implement a test strategy for characterizing and hardening the Ethernet interface for a new product against Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).- Designed and executed cost reduction initiatives that realized savings of $250,000 yearly.- Isolated key variables during EMC testing for gigabit Ethernet characterization and created a standard to baseline and characterize communication performance in an EMI environment.- Received an award for leadership, innovation, focused determination and resolving issues.
