Apasionado del desarrollo de software desde los 10 años, soy titulado como ingeniero superior y magister en informática, con más de 17 años de experiencia profesional. Actualmente soy CTO en PolarRFX ayudando a construir un producto innovador desde las mejores prácticas de desarrollo junto con un equipo de profesionales de muy alto nivel.Durante todo mi tiempo relacionado con el desarrollo de software siempre he estado interesado en las buenas prácticas y estándares. Conforme he ido evolucionando este interés lo he ido llevando del desarrollo individual a mis equipos como tech lead y, actualmente, como CTO en las diferentes áreas que he tocado, desde educación al entorno sanitario. De manera natural, he pasado de ser desarrollador principal a arquitecto de software, tech lead y CTO, dirigiendo equipos desde hace más de 8 años, pero en realidad mi relación con la gestión de personas comienza como profesor coordinando alumnos y sus proyectos de final de carrera have más de 15 años. Durante todo este tiempo siempre he intentado que mis compañeros evolucionasen y creciesen durante el período que estuviésemos juntos.El hecho de ser profesor universitario comenzó siendo un trabajo y terminó siendo una adicción que no puedo dejar. Por ello sigo mi relación con el mundo de la universidad como profesor del Máster en Comunicación y Marketing Digital de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. En él me encargo de la introducción de los alumnos a las tecnologías implicadas en la Web; desde la teoría de redes al desarrollo de aplicaciones Web. Entre mis intereses se encuentra todo lo relacionado con la ingeniería del software, desde desarrollo a arquitectura, la investigación e innovación, así como la docencia.
