• Providing first class and personable customer support to IDEXX employees through the organization regarding Learning & Talent Development programs and initiatives• Efficiently managing Workday Learning Management System for participant registration, enrollment reporting, and troubleshooting• Creating, maintaining and scheduling digital learning & course information and offerings through Workday LMS • Coordinating learner and facilitator success through a high volume of learning workshop scheduling requests in addition to a wealth of open enrollment programs• Providing highly efficient and valuable support to company Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training initiatives and goals
