After over 20 years in the largest communication agency as a creative director and member of executive committees, in the service of brands and large corporations, I believe that today it is important to accompany the persons and the teams to prepare an environment more favorable to changing. Give everyone the opportunity to be more creative and more simply to be happy with their position and his professional and personal development.This is why I use my energy today to awaken all my senses and my creativity within a coaching posture which allows me to hear and see all these stories, stories that make us and undo us. If my affinities and my background are more focused on some practices such as narrative and systemic approaches, it is because they answer in every way to the years I’ve been through as a directive creator, on the research of the dominating history and the slight marks which will rebuild the next one. The outsourcing and rebuilding process in a positive way is at the heart of my progress. Every single ones of my questions have an intention, which is allowing the coached person to perceive a new learning, a possible change.
