• Started off in the Factory to help optimize the Production Chain (Machine Layout, Inventory Management, Work Load and Resource Management). • Enhanced the Bar Coding system and implemented a Maintenance plan.• Moved to the site after a few months as Project Manager for multiple projects in the private sector in coordination with the factory. • Got promoted to the commercial sector to manage the company’s biggest project to Date (KACWC – King Abdullah Center for World Culture) with Saudi Aramco.• Throughout my 3 years plus at Marmotech I lead a great team of engineers with whom I was able to initiate and obtain ISO 9001 certification. • Developed and implemented a fully operative ERP System integrating the Production, Inventory, Site, Accounting and HR in excellent synergy.
