CurrentProvides oversight of all staffing-related projects and project-funded staff that support the strategic imperative to strengthen the public health infrastructure. Oversees the end-to-end processes enabling the CDC Foundation to identify staffing opportunities and secure and execute contractual agreements with staffing partners and jurisdictions nationwide.• Key contributor to the development of the framework and strategy for the CDC Foundation contingent labor business model to enable repeatable, sustainable delivery of staffing-related initiatives.• Formulates program-related goals, objectives, operating policies, strategic plans, guidelines, governance, standards, and priorities to ensure consistency with departmental standard operating procedures.• Serves as a cross-departmental liaison to engage HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance and other departments in sustaining relationships with both staff and jurisdictional hiring managers and contacts. • Develops and implements work plans that result in high-quality, contractually compliant deliverables in consultation with program team leads. • Hires, recruits and supervises project-funded staff with an emphasis on ongoing performance management, coaching, counseling, and directing.
