Associate Director Of Workforce Services
Current- Provides oversight of all staffing-related projects and project-funded staff that support the strategic imperative to strengthen the public health infrastructure. Oversees the end-to-end processes enabling the CDC.
- Key contributor to the development of the framework and strategy for the CDC Foundation contingent labor business model to enable repeatable, sustainable delivery of staffing-related initiatives.
- Formulates program-related goals, objectives, operating policies, strategic plans, guidelines, governance, standards, and priorities to ensure consistency with departmental standard operating procedures.
- Serves as a cross-departmental liaison to engage HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance and other departments in sustaining relationships with both staff and jurisdictional hiring managers and contacts.
- Develops and implements work plans that result in high-quality, contractually compliant deliverables in consultation with program team leads.
- Hires, recruits and supervises project-funded staff with an emphasis on ongoing performance management, coaching, counseling, and directing.
