I am an accomplished software professional who continually finds building software to be a source of joy. I have extensive experience working on complex architectures and performance tuning enterprise applications, but I still have the urge to do a victory dance when I solve a particularly difficult problem myself, or when my colleagues show me their own elegant solutions. As an architect, I have enjoyed building POCs with new technologies, and then shepherding those POCs through the implementation process, teaching the development team members where necessary. I love working alongside intelligent people who aren’t afraid to have honest discussions about the merits or flaws of a design.
