Associate General Counsel, Compliance & Ethics
CurrentBuild and maintain McLane’s corporate compliance program based on the elements outlined in the US Federal Sentencing Guidelines. This includes leading McLane’s Risk Committee.Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance policies, training programs, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure ethical and lawful conduct within McLane. This includes maintaining, updating, and communicating McLane's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.Oversee compliance related to the distribution of regulated products.Lead the team responsible for obtaining and renewing various licenses, including all applicable product licenses required for McLane to conduct business nationwide.Lead a team of contract management professionals, who are responsible for driving McLane’s CLM initiative. Manage the development of McLane’s data privacy program, which is designed to align with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
