I have 8 years of professional experience working in C# and VB along with Microsoft SQL or a software company that provides CRM software for the automotive industry. My focus has been on back-end data processing, particular ETL processes, but including some front-end development as well.Prior to this, I spent six years in the customer support and training departments of the company, starting as a product support technician, with later roles as the head of product support, the founder and head of the product implementation and on-boarding team, the primary online trainer, and the resident troubleshooter for the director of operations.Prior to this I spent one year in the automotive retail sector starting in traditional retail sales, but quickly moving into internet-based sales.Outside of my professional experience, I have pursued personal projects in HTML, PHP, MySql, VB .NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL. This has all been in support of personal projects including a personal website to showcase my Astrophotography hobby.
