Jeff was a Director in Hackett’s Finance Transformation practice. He was responsible for selling, scoping and delivering work to the practice’s clients. Typical projects involved benchmarking the client’s organization to peers, conducting best practice and qualitative reviews of processes and developing actionable initiatives, implementation roadmap to achieve the future state service delivery model and business case. Jeff also lead the detailed design, migration planning and identifies the quantitive and qualitative targets to ensure the successful implementation of GBS organizations.

His team evaluated the firm’s existing intellectual property, developed foundational tools such as the Finance Transformation Framework and Methodology; operating model definition and the firm’s new benchmarking methodology. As a Specialist Master, Jeff launched and managed a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Deloitte’s Americas Region, focusing on developing the Finance Transformation practices of member firms in Latin America. The CoE coordinated client targeting and sales efforts, identified potential practice members through internal marketing, developed member firm capabilities through training and knowledge sharing, based on skills gap assessments, and promoted connectivity throughout the hemisphere.As a Manager, Jeff led engagements focused on Finance Transformation and business unit strategy. His role included project planning and management, deliverable design and quality assurance, managing the day to day client relationships, assisting with proposal development as well as developing and delivering training in Deloitte’s local office.As a Senior Associate, he led client-facing teams primarily focused on business unit strategy and post-merger integration of operations. He was responsible for formulation of approach and deliverable creation for the teams he led.

Jeff was a member of PwC’s Finance Effectiveness practice. His focus on client engagements was on developing SoX controls, Finance process re-engineering for consulting clients and assurance for derivatives contracts of the firm’s oil and gas Audit clients.

As a Senior Consultant, Jeff was a part of the World Class Finance Commercial Practice and designed business process improvements for clients with geographically dispersed operations in the U.S. and the Middle East.As a Systems Analyst and Consultant, he served in the Federal Finance Management practice, where he designed process improvements and built requirements for IT enhancements for legacy systems and new systems to support cabinet-level agencies.

Jeff was part of the Management Systems and Technology group, focused on Federal Government clients. He worked on implementing ERP systems in government agencies and developing user manuals and future state process guides.
