The position at International Wholesale Company Cash and Carry is a customer service focused role. One of the tasks I am entrusted with consists of developing new sales associates during their introductory period with approval of management. I serve as an assistant to a key holder in the morning during opening hours. I assist them with managing inventory, by ensuring accuracy of the shipment through I also assist customers as a cashier and verify identities for check purchases and federal entity purchases. On the salesfloor, I assist with customer inquiries. For specialty items, I can search at the warehouse through operating an inventory management software

The role was focused on assisting the director in the MBA Office and program director in the Dean's Office. During my time in the MBA Office, I was able to assist prospective graduate students with the application process. This extended to filing confidential documents of students; answering questions about the program, over the phone or in person; and directing them to the Director when needed. Over in the Dean's Office, I served under the Program Director as her assistant. I would assist in timely office correspondence through mail or e-mail. I assisted her in planning and execution of the Fall Celebration Dinner. This involved booking a guest speaker, mailing invitations and promoting the event for business students to attend.
